Public Engagement
We have extensive experience with stakeholder scans, agenda setting, meeting facilitation, priority setting, surveys and action planning. We have worked with a number of organizations including municipalities, provincial and national non-governemntal organizations.
Paul's background as a health promoter ensures that processes are meaningful and action-oriented. As a registered landscape architect he has practical experience designing parks, streetscapes, trails and roadways. Because Paul has worked with planners, engineers and elected representatives he can anticipate key opportunities and constraints when projects are identified.
Each workshop strives to meet the objectives set out with the stakeholders. Typically participants generate ideas, themes and a list of priority actions for the long and short term. We seek to identify commitments in addition to priorities. These commitments will ultimately carry the plan forward.
